We’re proud to highlight one of our most rewarding projects to date — the Dick’s House of Sport in Charlottesville, Virginia — a nearly 100,000 SF full-scale remodel that challenged and inspired our entire team to deliver excellence from start to finish.
This was no ground-up build — it was a complete transformation of an existing structure, demanding extensive coordination, precision scheduling, and collaboration across every trade. From structural enhancements and reimagined layouts to high-end finishes and major system upgrades, the result is a retail environment that feels brand new in every sense of the word.
It took teamwork, attention to detail, and relentless commitment from everyone involved to bring this project across the finish line. Most importantly, our client was thrilled with the result — and that’s what it’s all about.
