GGC’s preconstruction team conducts a thorough constructability review throughout the design process to identify potential issues. At each design phase GGC provides cost-effective solutions and value engineering options to keep the project moving forward within budget and on schedule. Throughout the process, our preconstruction team will work in
conjunction with our operations team on site logistics, scheduling, permitting,
constructability reviews and procurement to ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to the project management team.
