Liam’s construction career is rooted in hands-on field experience and a strong understanding of both the operational and financial sides of the industry. After graduating from Washington & Jefferson College in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Liam entered the construction industry as a carpenter, gaining firsthand experience in the field and developing a practical understanding of how successful projects come together.
After joining GGC National Contractors, Liam transitioned into project management as an Assistant Project Manager. Through his strong work ethic, leadership, and ability to manage the many moving parts of commercial construction projects, he advanced to Project Manager and now serves as a Senior Project Manager.
Liam’s progression from carpenter to Senior Project Manager gives him a well-rounded perspective when overseeing projects. His field experience allows him to understand the challenges superintendents and subcontractors face on site, while his background in finance and project management helps him maintain a strong focus on budgets, schedules, coordination, and client expectations.
In his current role, Liam works closely with clients, superintendents, subcontractors, and GGC’s project teams to successfully deliver commercial construction projects across the country. His continued growth within GGC reflects his commitment to the company, the construction industry, and delivering quality projects for GGC’s clients. Outside of work, Liam enjoys spending time with his dog.
